TopFLY

A full solution for schedule and charter flights

TopFLY is the core application of the Topware system, it permits the management of the management of scheduled and charter flights as well as the immediate and focused management of the fares.


TopFLY includes following functions:

Management of:

  • Fare Basis (Definition of the characteristics: rules and fees, pertinence period, period of sale, user typology, concessions, etc.)
  • Aircrafts (input of availability of place for SSRs, PETCs and Infants)

  • Connection-time by aircraft couple
  • Connection-time by city-pair
  • Flights scheduling (not yet operational flight)

  • Available flights (view of flights with information about available seats by class, by fare basis, by groups, by private fares, by seats in wait list, etc.)
  • Possibility to act manually on single flights or a group of flights to modify multiple data and values
The modification of the distribution of the seats and of the SSRs on each aircraft
  • Modification and cancellation of classes/fares on active flights
  • Management, input and cancellation of special requests
  • Input of additional information on each flight
  • The closing and cancellation of the flights
  • Verification and control of the available flights: sales by classes/fares, control of booked seats on agreed fares, modification and cancellation on each flight of all set data
  • Recovery of the passengers’ list with all contact data of the passengers booked on the flight
  • Management of the notification messages (by E-mail or SMS) to be sent to the clients in case of rescheduling, equipment changes, cancellations etc.
