A direct sales channel towards Tour Operators

TopALLOTMENTS is a module of the booking engine whose main goal is to improve the relations between the airlines and their sales channels such us Travel Agents and Tour Operator. The system offers a complete suite to manage all requests come from the Operators who prefer to book their seats according to their seasonal sales plan. TopALLOTMENTS offers different types of allotments and different systems to manage this kind of bookings: seats blocked with release date with or without minimal seats, seats blocked in hard block regime, insertion of private fares, insertion of groups with release date, possibility to change and manage all data in a created allotment, recovery of all the agency or tour operator information.
Once an allotment has been created in the system each operator can book directly through by means of his credentials in the airlines’ web site in the reserved area for Travel Agents. The system is easy to use for airline operators and in the same time it assures a full autonomy in the sales for all Travel Operators.
